Policy

At Albatross Barber, we do not provide hair washing services prior to haircuts. Additionally, our barbers reserve the right to decline service to customers who are wearing excessive amounts of hair styling products, including gel, clay, spray, and similar products, before their service queue number is called.

To ensure the safety of our young customers, we will only be able to serve children and toddlers who can sit upright independently and are composed.

There will be no charges for booking appointments. Appointments must be made at least one day in advance.. Please note, there is a $4 surcharge for same-day appointments. Barber selection is subject to availability.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

We only allow one accompanying parent to assist children aged 1 to 8 years old. Additional companions are not permitted, as they may distract our barbers, who need to focus while using sharp tools. Your partner, father, or brother does not need to babysit, your child will be well cared for by our team. Exceptions will be made for children or adults with special needs or autism.

We reserve the right to remove you from the shop or call law enforcement if you fail to follow our store policies.
